As a Backend Engineer, you will work in one of the product teams by providing services and solutions that would help millions of users.
Shape Backend Strategy: Collaborate with the wider Backend community to execute and promote key strategic initiatives from our roadmap.
Actively participate in the Backend guild to maintain high technical standards and consistency across the organization.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Backend Expertise: 5+ years of experience in backend development, specializing in high-scale distributed systems.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Kotlin and Java , with deep experience in microservices ( Spring Boot , Spring Cloud ).
Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes , ECS , or Docker Swarm .




Data Streaming: Experience with stream processing tools, specifically Kafka .
Deep understanding of system architecture , microservices design patterns, and performance optimization.
Strong advocate for SOLID principles, security , testing , observability , and scalability .
Agile Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Ownership & Drive: Self-starter and detail-oriented professional capable of delivering projects with minimal supervision.
