The Role We are looking for a Partner Manager who knows how to open doors and keep them open. This is a relationship‑driven, commercially focused role, part business development, part account management and it requires someone who is equally comfortable cold‑visiting a new agency and nurturing a long‑standing partner.
You will be Habeno's face in the field across Costa del Sol, building and managing a network of real estate agents and partner firms that generate qualified leads for our mortgage advisors. We want someone who is energized by being out in the market, who understands the Spanish real estate landscape,



and who has the kind of presence that makes partners want to pick up the phone.

What You Will Do Partner Development & Business Development
Identify, approach, and onboard new real estate agencies and strategic partners across Costa del Sol
Build a structured pipeline of active partner relationships that consistently deliver qualified mortgage leads
Represent Habeno at partner meetings, industry events, and networking functions, on and off site
Maintain and develop existing partner relationships with a focus on long‑term value and consistent performance
Act as the primary point of contact for your partner network; Qualify incoming leads and hand them over cleanly to our mortgage advisors with the right context
Stay current on trends in international buyer activity, particularly from Dutch, E
