As part of our organizational development and to support our growth around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor , we are looking for a Structural Design Project Manager to join our design team in Madrid .
Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage the civil & structural package design studies and provide technical support throughout the construction phases. Design optimized technical solutions (structural sizing/design, preparation of technical specifications and documentation, etc.);
in collaboration with the Design & BIM teams;
Prepare tender documentation, review and critically assess contractors' proposals, and provide technical recommendations;




You hold an Engineering degree with a specialization in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field and have at least five years of experience in the design of building or industrial facility projects.
You are recognized for your ability to bring operational teams together, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required , while French would be an asset.
