Our client is a global technology leader in renewable energy solutions , operating in more than 170 countries and supporting the energy transition through advanced power electronics, smart energy management, and digital technologies. We are seeking a Sales Director South Europe to lead and expand inverter and power conversion system (PCS) sales across the South European market.
This role will be responsible for driving regional sales strategy, managing a team of sales managers across multiple European territories, and building strong relationships with key customers in the energy sector . The successful candidate will bring strong experience in the European energy sector , proven leadership in managing high-performing sales teams , and a solid technical understanding of power electronics and energy infrastructure solutions .
Lead and develop a team of regional sales managers responsible for inverter, PCS, and related power electronics solutions across Europe.




Drive regional sales growth and deliver against annual revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners in the European energy and solar sectors.
Oversee sales forecasting, supply planning, and inventory coordination in collaboration with operations teams.
Collaborate closely with general headquarters and EMEA stakeholders to support regional business objectives.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms .
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams .
Well-established network within the European solar or renewable energy sector .
Strong understanding of different stakeholders within the solar and energy ecosystem .
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems .
Fluent English required;
