It is a lean 0‐to‐1 crew with the energy, autonomy, and pace of a startup, inside one of Europe's fastest‐growing unicorns, with access to Alan's 1M+ members, its ecosystem (Mo, Play, Clinic), and its stack.
Scope You'll work across the entire product surface as a full‐stack generalist. Members come to Precision with messy, multi‐source data and one real question: "what should I actually do?". AI is how we answer it. It reads the member's biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context together, surfaces what matters, generates personalised insights and action plans, and helps the member navigate their own health day after day. You'll build the AI layer that does this, and the loops that make it sharper over time.
Before AI can help, the data has to be there: lab results, wearable streams, medical history, lifestyle inputs, all ingested cleanly and modelled as a coherent picture of one person. You'll build the pipe
