Software sales is changing fast. AI agents are moving beyond simple assistance and starting to run core go-to-market workflows: product demos, onboarding, enablement, sales training, and more.
We’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), and companies like Salesforce and HubSpot are already customers. We're looking for a Founding Sales Operations Lead to build the AI-powered systems that run Supersonik’s go-to-market motion.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, engineering, and sales. You will build internal GTM infrastructure, connect tools and data sources, design automated workflows, and turn manual processes into systems that scale.
This is not a process-admin seat, and it is not a role where you fill the CRM by hand. You design how leads are modeled, routed, and moved through stages so the right accounts reach the right people automatically.
You build the data layer, views, dashboards, and MCP‑style interfaces that surface pipeline health, conversion, account quality, and GTM performance to both the team and our AI agents. The goal is not just dashboards people read,



but data our GTM motion can actually use.
Forecasting, compensation, and deep tool integrations are owned by our Ops/Data lead. Your job is to feed those workflows the data they need, and to partner closely on the handoffs.
You reach for automation by default and are fluent with the modern GTM and AI stack: agents and LLM tooling, workflow automation, enrichment, no‑code/low‑code platforms, light scripting, APIs, and SQL or equivalent data fluency. 4 to 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in GTM engineering, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or a closely related operator role at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
~ CRM‑literate and tooling‑agnostic. You can design how data and leads flow through a CRM. You can point to a project where the brief was "figure it out" with no prior playbook.
