We are looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Director to join Supermicro®, a leading global provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions. You will manage customer accounts, drive sales through active prospecting, and develop strategic relationships with system integrators, VARs, and OEMs, ensuring exceptional customer service and successful order fulfillment. Idóneo candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong problem‑solving abilities, and preferably experience in server sales.
Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Sales team across the Iberia region
Define and execute the channel sales strategy for Iberia
Leverage an existing network within the server, storage, data center, and broader IT infrastructure partner landscape to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth
Work closely with internal teams including direct sales, business development, marketing, product management, and executive leadership to maximize partner success
Negotiate commercial agreements and business plans with key partners




Proven experience in a senior channel sales leadership role within the server, storage, enterprise IT, or data center infrastructure industry
Strong and established network within the Iberia partner ecosystem, particularly in the server space
Track record of leading sales teams and consistently delivering against revenue targets
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience in server solutions, AI infrastructure, cloud, storage, or high‑performance computing environments
Background in partner‑led sales engagement
