Serve as the primary compliance liaison for Product, Engineering and Design teams you’re aligned with
Consolidate compliance requirements from various stakeholders
Highlight potential disconnects or opportunities between compliance requirements and business priorities
Identify,



escalate and facilitate conversations between compliance stakeholders for comprehensive requirements
Maintain a compliance playbook with regulatory requirements, documentation, checklists, and approval workflows for new products or enhancements
Work with the Compliance Risk team to conduct product risk assessments and mitigate vulnerabilities
Present new product initiatives to the Compliance organization
Project Management (Compliance Operations)
Develop Business Requirements Documents to facilitate implementation of compliance processes with Operations and Product
Provide regular reporting to Compliance Leadership on new products, enhancements, and implementation progress
5-7 years of experience in compliance
