We’re hiring a Director of Product Growth to own and scale Cleo’s users and revenue metrics. You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Commercial, Strategic Finance, and Product teams to ensure we grow both fast and sustainably.
Improving conversion and long‑term retention performance.
Partner with Commercial and Growth Marketing to align acquisition and downstream monetisation.
Directly manage leaders and product managers within the Growth Pillar: Head of Pricing & Packaging, Product Design Manager, Product Managers.
Raise performance standards across the pillar.
Several years of experience in product or growth roles in fast‑growing companies. Strong commercial and analytical acumen, deep understanding of subscription economics, LTV/CAC, and growth loops/models. Strong cross‑functional operator, able to align product, engineering, marketing,



and commercial teams around shared economic outcomes.
High standards and execution intensity – move fast, raise the bar, and push for excellence.
Growth design or UX depth: expert on UX best practices and strong track record utilising these in successful experiments.
SQL skills – can write queries to unblock yourself.
