The Work We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced Managers with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop engagement strategies.
Developing transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs.
Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
