The role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design System team, working across our Real Estate products. You’ll play a key role in evolving our design system, helping designers and engineers across the business design and build with greater consistency,
quality and pace. You’ll work day to day within a small, dedicated pod, spanning web and app. You’ll help create a coherent product experience across our brands while developing your own design systems practice.
Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within our design system, reducing duplication and improving consistency across tribes
Support design work from problem framing through to documentation and handover, using research and feedback from teams to inform decisions
Collaborate closely with engineers on token strategy and the practical link between Figma and production code
Resolve conflicts between a tribe's local need and the system's long‑term coherence
Work with product design teams to identify gaps and embed stronger systems thinking across products
AI‑enabled Design Systems
Know when to override AI output with your own design judgement, and be able to explain
