Overview Factorial is looking for an Engineering Manager to tackle complex domain challenges and advance product development with AI as a core part of the product. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition for the engineering group.
Coordinate initiatives with other engineering managers that impact multiple teams.
5+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer (or similar role).
~3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
~ Strong experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) Experience in scalability, performance, and quality considerations in production systems.
~ Ability to use AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and guide safe deployment.
~ Understanding of LLM risks (hallucinations, evaluation challenges, data sensitivity).
