Full back‑office support.

Ongoing sales training and career development.
Back‑office team handles legal, documentation, and developer coordination.
Conduct virtual and in-person property tours.
Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners.
Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments.
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (new build experience preferred).
German-speaking real estate agent.
Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca 2‑3 days per week.
