Lifecycle Senior Specialist: Contract Management - Health and Safety Officer
As the Lifecycle Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing the implementation of activities related to the protection against occupational risks and the prevention of these risks across several countries with a focus on Spain. You will identify, engage, and manage vendor partnerships, support Remote customers and their employees with health and safety queries, and roll out policy, processes and training related to health and safety events globally.
Technical "Técnico/a Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales" qualification covering Occupational Safety and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology (Industrial Hygiene a plus), with experience implementing and managing health and safety programs.
A growth and problem‑solving mindset, able to shift tasks and priorities quickly and effectively.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
Deliver the Labor Risk Prevention service for Remote Spain, developing,



implementing and maintaining all activities related to the protection against occupational risks.
Collaborate with Remote People team, Remote Legal team, external legal counsels and other experts to draft and implement Occupational Health and Safety policies globally.
Scout, engage and onboard new vendors, training partners and health centers to carry out all necessary Occupational Health and Safety events globally.
Build strong partnerships with external vendors and manage their performance day‑to‑day through comprehensive assessments and feedback.
Drive the overall objectives and goals of the Occupational Health and Safety team, including cost effectiveness, service excellence, and compliance.
Manage risk, track and analyze budgets to ensure procured services are within estimates.
Engage with Remote’s customers and employees to resolve queries and support health assessment and safety training
