We are seeking an inspirational leader to drive a winning account management team to greater heights Role summary Sitting within the Continental Europe Leadership team this Account Director will be leading the Italian/Spanish/Portuguese (IT/IB) Account Management team and will provide insights by sharing thought leadership with our customers.
You will tailor and execute strategy for the Continental Europe IT/IB segment, whilst providing customer insights to customer proposition and sales readiness on trends to drive the voice of the customer. What you'll be doing Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of Account Managers covering clients across the buy side, sell side and corporate to meet sales, revenue, retention and organizational objectives.
Ensure execution of the team on sales initiatives to meet key financial metrics
Drive in-depth account, territory and opportunity planning using LSEG’ s sales methodology
Forecast sales & revenue to support the Market Head
Drive organizational objectives to support LSEG strategy




Develop and nurture relationships with senior contacts at our customer base
Design and develop sales strategies to increase market share and sustainable revenue growth.
Hold Senior leadership responsibility for a portion of the Continental Europe Market, and contribute to overall market success as a member of the LT.
Proactively identify, define and solve most complex problems that impact the management and business direction.
ability to coach & mentor people to greater performance.
Good understanding of the financial services Industry
Deep understanding of local market dynamics and a proven ability to tailor go-to-market strategies
Experience of working with a data vendor and / or client side
Experience in managing remote and multi-cultural teams
Mandatory fluency in Italian or Spanish.
