You'll work closely with a Squad Lead (engineering), designers, and ops/commercial stakeholders to define and execute our product strategy. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Events product, including how it integrates tightly with the broader Perk products

Stakeholder management: Partner with our event support operations and supply teams to ensure we build a cohesive tech and service offering that is appealing both to our customers and suppliers.
Get familiar with the MICE industry dynamics and supply chain, from supplier needs to event planner needs.
Own the product metrics, how these tie to key business results and reporting of these to senior leadership
Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast‑forward to production‑ready products.
Strong customer empathy and design thinking, with a passion to understand the entire MICE industry — from the moment of a customer thinks about doing an event to the event execution and payment — and the specific friction points with suppliers, human supports team in the middle.
