You’re comfortable switching gears between greenfield development and complex legacy environments, and you bring structure where it’s missing; shaping architecture, improving engineering practices, or aligning stakeholders.
6–7+ years of professional experience in backend engineering, with a strong senior-level track record
~5+ years of strong experience with Python and Django in production environments
~ Deep understanding of system design and backend architecture
~ In-depth knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis
~ Solid experience working with cloud and DevOps practices,



including tools like Docker and Kubernetes
~ Ability to move between projects quickly, providing clarity, structure, and technical leadership
