* Demand Planning and IBP Adherence Manager - Europe - Remote *
We are looking for an experienced Demand Planning and IBP Consultant to join an international team driving excellence in demand forecasting and Integrated Business Planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning demand, supply, financials, and strategic goals for a leading integral organisation.
Importantly, the primary goal of this project is to track how well different teams and markets are adhering to the established supply chain planning process — not to build the process itself, but to assess whether it is being followed properly and consistently.
Lead Demand Planning Processes
Leverage historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputs
Measure forecast performance and drive improvements
Enhance planning tools, processes, and stakeholder engagement




Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
Experience monitoring process adherence in complex organisations
Demand Planning Systems
~ Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (preferred) or APO, Oracle Demantra, o9, or similar tools

Data & Analytics Skills
Advanced Excel
Power BI or Tableau
Basic SQL and statistical modelling
Length: 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
Fully remote (must be based within Europe)
Start: ASAP
