Following a recent $120m investment, we're accelerating our growth and enhancing our product and technology capabilities to deliver even greater value to global businesses. We're looking for a hands-on Sales & BDR Enablement Specialist who is passionate about developing sales talent and driving measurable performance. You'll be directly coaching, training and enabling our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), helping them build the skills, confidence and behaviours needed to succeed.



Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, you'll play a key role in improving onboarding, accelerating ramp-up, increasing productivity and embedding a high-performance sales culture across our global teams.
Deliver engaging sales training and coaching for BDRs and AEs across areas such as:
Social selling and LinkedIn prospecting
Cold outreach (phone, email and video)
Lead onboarding for new sales hires and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Coach sales teams through live call reviews, discovery sessions and customer meetings.
Build and maintain practical sales playbooks, scripts, frameworks and best-practice guides.
Drive adoption of enablement platforms including Seismic, DealHub and related sales technologies.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Operations to align enablement with business priorities.
