About The Team You Are Joining The Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) has long been the backbone of agency–airline settlement,



processing over USD 230 billion annually and serving as the industry’s most efficient and trusted payment channel. Its share of global passenger sales is declining, signaling the need for a renewed strategic focus to protect its relevance and unlock new growth.
Within this transformation, the Senior Manager, BSP Growth Operations will play a critical role in shaping and executing domestic BSP expansion, working closely with airlines, country managers, and local stakeholders to deliver successful market implementations. In parallel, the role will actively monitor BSP sales performance, identifying risks of declining SCU volumes among participating airlines and driving targeted actions to retain and recover volumes. The role will also focus on unlocking additional growth by identifying airlines with untapped BSP potential and supporting initiatives to increase their reported sales through BSP.
