What You’ll Do At Flywire, we’re transforming the way travel businesses manage and optimise global payments. We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Client Success Manager to support and grow a portfolio of strategic Travel clients across the EMEA region.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, driving commercial growth within existing accounts and acting as a trusted advisor to clients in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
The Client Success Manager will work closely with Sales,



Implementation, Product and Support teams to help clients maximise the value of Flywire’s solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase revenue across the existing client base.
Develop account plans focused on retention, client engagement and commercial growth opportunities
Provide clients with reporting, analytics and strategic recommendations to support performance and adoption
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support and Implementation teams to deliver a strong client experience
Support onboarding best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and client engagement across the wider Client Success organisation
Gather and communicate client feedback to help inform internal teams and support continuous improvement
