Provide HSE management leadership and support at program level for Owner’s Project activities.
Provide written HSE program via procedures and plans on Owner’s behalf for EPC / FEED Contractor direction and guidance.
Monitor and track overall project HSSEQ performance and communicate trends and achievements.
Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as Lead HSE Engineers, Sr.HSE officers, HSE officers, etc.




Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
Able to develop and implement annual HSE plans.
Competency in PTW system and gas testing.
Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills.
Identifying, evaluating, and resolving HSE issues during the EPC phase of the works.
Coordinating comprehensive and effective HSE input and review during EPC phase.
Ensuring effective design HSE management processes that meet both legal/regulatory requirements and Owner’s standards for Engineering work.
Ensuring the execution of Project‑specific Construction HSE plan/program based on Owner’s expectations.
Ensuring that all invitations to Tender include the HSE standards for potential Subcontractors as referenced at the relevant general conditions of Contract.
Ensuring that Project emergency medical evacuation
