As a Team Lead, you will help drive the success of the team and ensure their optimal performance. You will coordinate team efforts, monitor progress and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track. In addition, you will stay hands‑on with coding tasks, using your technical expertise to guide, support and inspire the team. You will also facilitate agile ceremonies and help the team continuously improve their ways of working.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work with teams across various functions to define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Agile Leadership – guide the team in adopting agile practices,



lead agile ceremonies and boost overall efficiency.
Technical Engagement – actively engage with coding tasks, leverage your technical expertise to contribute to projects and support your team, while also taking the lead on initiatives.
A solid background in Software Development (backend) with expertise in C#/.NET.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a big plus.
