you will be responsible for:Transaction Execution Leadership• Lead day-to-day execution of equity and equity-linked transactions• Take ownership of specific workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery• Coordinate drafting sessions (prospectus, offering circulars, investor presentations, announcements)• Manage transaction timetables and ensure alignment across legal, auditors, client management and internal teams• Supervise analysts and review financial models, valuation outputs and marketing materials• Actively participate in structuring discussions and pricing strategyCapital Markets & Investor Insight• Conduct in-depth market analysis, including sector performance, valuation trends and window assessment• Contribute to equity story positioning and investor targeting strategy• Participate in pilot fishing, wall-crossing processes and investor education• Work closely with Equity Syndicate and Equity Sales to assess demand, orderbook dynamics and pricing considerations• Develop a strong understandi
