About The Role The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to launching and navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Company Secretary to be involved in decision‑making on high‑priority issues, providing expert corporate governance advice and guidance to support our growth globally.
Influencing and communicating effectively at the executive level to ensure good local governance, ensuring alignment of processes across the group
Arranging execution of various corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions, KYC‑related documents, extracts, forms, and applications
Assisting the Legal team in ensuring that local management, supervisory bodies, and their committees comply with relevant local legislation and regulations
Representing Revolut globally, vis‑a‑vis third parties, mainly legal registers, notaries, and other public institutions
A bachelor’s degree in law and/or a recognised company secretarial qualification (e.g., Experience overseeing legal entity compliance activities with minimal support
~ Great team skills and ability to build excellent relationships at senior level
~ Fluency in English
