Pre‑qualified leads and booked client meetings provided from day one
Full back‑office support: legal, documentation, developer liaison, and marketing
CRM access and structured sales management
Structured onboarding and continuous training
Manage pre‑qualified international buyers from first contact through to closing
Conduct in‑person and virtual property viewings across the Costa Blanca
Present and sell new developments and off‑plan projects
Keep CRM records up to date and maintain structured follow‑up
Work from our Alicante office 2‑3 days per week, versátil
