I'm Abhik, Ashby's Co-Founder and VP of Engineering. We're looking for an ambitious full‐stack engineer who is laser‐focused on solving customer problems and building long‐term solutions. Our team operates with a blend of startup agility and the scale of a growth‐stage company, with tens of thousands of daily users and strong growth metrics. As a Product Engineer you'll own a significant portion of one of our products and manage projects end‐to‐end. You will research competitors, write product specs, produce wireframes, and develop feature implementations that are integral to our platform.
Lead product feature development from concept through launch.
Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers on user research and feature prioritization.
Integrate new features into existing infrastructure and ensure high quality through testing and code reviews.
Continuously refactor and improve codebases, including tooling and abstractions.
Present progress and gather feedback from stakeholders and customers.
Experience solving ambiguous product and technical problems.
