We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise-grade clients (Tier 1) in a hybrid work model in Madrid, Spain. This role requires a professional capable of acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and IT leaders, bridging the gap between complex business needs and technological solutions in the Digital Experience (DX) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) landscapes. You will take ownership of identifying client pain points, building tailored value propositions, and orchestrating the entire proposal construction process in close collaboration with professional services. We need someone with a resolutive and creative problem‑solving mindset who can confidently negotiate commercial terms and navigate the highly demanding environments of the Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, and Public sectors.
Drive new business development by managing the full sales cycle, from qualification to final closure.

present, and defend high‑impact value propositions based on our products, services, and partner vendors' portfolios.
Take ownership of the proposal construction process, working alongside the professional services team to align business, functional, and technical requirements into compelling written proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and close complex deals.
Manage complex client situations that require high‑level customer care and strategic resolution.
4+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive carrying a quota for enterprise‑grade customers (Tier 1, Financial Services, Insurance, Public Sector, etc.) OR 4+ years of experience as a Consultant/Sales Engineer focusing on Digital Experience or Document Management Systems.
