About The Role We are looking for a results-driven and people-oriented Team Leader for our North Inside Sales organisation. Your role will be to lead and develop our Inside Sales team across Northern and Central Europe, composed of France, Benelux, Poland, and DACH. This role is responsible for new customers and revenue goals linked to the Region. The goal is to drive pipeline generation, improve conversion performance, optimise sales processes, and ensure operational excellence across the region.




Key Responsibilities Sales performance Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities.
Lead by example; your role involves team performance as well as individual sales targets.
Monitor team KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline creation, speed-to-lead, activity metrics, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
Own regional forecasting processes, ensuring high forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and business predictability across the region.
Ensure high-quality lead qualification and customer engagement processes.
Process improvement Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Field Sales to improve lead management, conversion, and forecasting reliability.
Analyse market performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Implement best practices to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
