As a Organizational Coach , your mission will be to be a key driver of the company's organizational transformation journey: someone with a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy, who can help scale the company's processes, culture,



and team autonomy.
Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.
Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application.
Defining and providing area-specific metrics to Heads and teams, enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.
Facilitating team workshops and sessions when needed, including ideation, solution design, planning, retrospectives, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale , such as Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model , or similar.
Certification in Coaching (ICF, ORSC) or Scaled Agile (LeSS, Nexus, Certified Agile Coach).
Previous experience in the fintech industry.
Experience designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for managers and teams.
