Your primary mission is to drive the data science vision for the ad-tech and revenue optimization products. This role is critical for ensuring our models and data pipelines remain effective in a dynamic landscape, directly impacting our mission to redefine mobile app monetization.

Set the technical vision and strategic direction for the Data Science team, ensuring your work directly aligns with business goals for revenue optimization.
Lead the development and deployment of scalable, high-impact machine learning models for ad targeting, bid strategy, and performance analysis.
Mentor and develop the data scientists on your team, fostering a collaborative culture of innovation and continuous growth.




Guarantee the efficiency, relevance, and scalability of data pipelines and models in a high-volume production environment.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable data science projects.
You have 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably within a product-focused environment.
You have a proven track record of leadership, with at least 2 years of experience guiding and managing data science teams.
You are proficient in Python and SQL, alongside data manipulation frameworks like PySpark and Pandas.
You possess hands‑on experience training DNN models using libraries such as PyTorch, Hydra, or Comet.
You are skilled in using cloud services to support data infrastructure, particularly AWS.
You will lead the Data Science team and be responsible for guiding the growth and development of its members, while maintain
