Title: AI Project & Product Manager
You will shape the future of the organization, collaborating with senior leaders and cutting‑edge technologies to deliver AI‑driven innovation and tangible business impact.
Role As an AI Project & Product Manager, you are the connective tissue between a high‑velocity engineering team and key business stakeholders. You operate at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that AI solutions are not only technically sound but also business relevant and operationally viable. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, working closely to ensure all AI initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the organization’s broader strategic roadmap.




You will focus on orchestrating delivery, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining a strong project cadence. While you won’t write code, you will actively engage in technical discussions with Infrastructure, Architecture and Security teams, challenge assumptions, and ensure that AI & Data engineering decisions are grounded in real‑world business needs.
Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements
Own and manage the project "heartbeat" (planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting)
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
~3+ years of experience in project management, 3+ years of experience in AI engineering
~ You have a strong technical foundation in AI & data and enough hands‑on experience to understand system constraints, ask the right questions, and challenge engineering decisions constructively
