This role acts as the bridge between group-level governance and local operations, providing sustainable expertise, resolving rollout issues, and driving continuous improvement across CAMO, Production, and Supply Chain functions.
Local AMOS Champion – Act as the primary point of contact for AMOS at the local level, resolving rollout issues and supporting adoption.
Business Needs Translation – Analyse and interpret requirements from CAMO, Production, and Supply Chain teams to define AMOS system needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Design Review – Validate and approve functional designs for practicality, efficiency, and alignment with business processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Facilitate collaboration between CAMO, Production, Supply Chain, and IT teams for ongoing management of AMOS functionality.
Continuous Improvement – Monitor system performance and recommend updates or changes to maintain alignment with evolving business needs.




Proven experience in operations alignment, business process optimisation, or system governance roles.
Experience in requirement gathering, functional design validation, and change management.
Familiarity with CAMO, Production, and Supply Chain processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
