You work on SAP consulting projects focused on logistics and transportation , designing and implementing solutions based on SAP Transportation Management . You take ownership of defined work streams and contribute to high‑quality, end‑to‑end SAP implementations in international project environments. You collaborate closely with customers and project teams to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.
Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures based on SAP TM
Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs
Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long-term roadmap
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade-offs
Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across work streams
Minimum 9‑10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management
Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects




Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full‑cycle SAP implementations
Strong configuration and solution design skills with a holistic architectural mindset
Strategic thinking combined with strong project and solution leadership capabilities
SAP certifications in TM are an advantage
Experience in Public Cloud is an advantage
Experience with SAP’s integration and transformation toolchain, such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe
Designs AI‑enabled SAP solutions conceptually (e.g. process automation, embedded AI, analytics)
