We are looking for a Strategic Finance & M&A; Manager to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing engineering platform by executing an ambitious buy & build strategy. This is a high-impact position, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board, and with real exposure to value creation and decision-making. You will lead the platform's organic and inorganic growth strategy, combining hands‐on M&A; execution, post‐merger integration with active involvement in financial planning and performance monitoring and execution of the company's business plan.
You will also contribute to building scalable financial processes, reporting frameworks, and strategic decision support.
Lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution

Monitor business plan execution, financial performance,



and key value creation initiatives
Improve financial processes, reporting, and performance tracking
Support inorganic growth strategy alongside senior leadership and investors
Support transaction execution and due diligence workstreams
Direct exposure to senior management and investors

5-8 years of experience in M&A;, corporate finance, private equity, audit, or consulting.
Strong financial and analytical background
Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
Fluency in English and Spanish
Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar
