Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive professional to join our Commercial Legal team . This role is responsible for supporting the commercial legal function , ensuring that the group remains compliant with local commercial requirements across jurisdictions, and acting as a liaison with Finance, HR, Tax, and Accounting for matters related to intragroup agreements, approval of annual accounts, review of financing agreements, and operational facilitation of commercial entities individually and as a group.
This position will also oversee the review of drafted documents and coordinate with directors, external advisers, and local offices worldwide to secure input, signatures, and finalization of documentation. Additionally, the role manages and coordinates external company secretarial advisers and external legal counsel.
