In this role, you will play a pivotal role in anchoring and supporting our newly expanding leadership team (including the incoming COO and CMO) while proactively exploring innovative ways to leverage technology and automation (such as AI) to reshape and elevate our organization across diverse operational speeds and cultures.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges,



offering trusted advice and ensuring the People strategy directly supports the business unit's goals.
Organizational Design & Change Management: Lead structural design efforts, team sizing evaluations, and organizational optimization initiatives, while guiding leadership and teams through subsequent structural evolutions to ensure high alignment and minimize operational disruption.
Performance Culture: Lead the performance review architecture within the assigned areas, coaching managers on goal-setting, continuous feedback, and development planning to sustain a high-performance culture.
HR Metrics & Predictive Insights: Leverage People Analytics to diagnose organizational health, identify retention risks, and proactively propose data-backed structural optimizations to business leaders.
Talent Acquisition Alignment: Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to define future capability gaps and ensure recruitment plans match shifting business prioritie
