Product Managers at Alan are responsible for going deep on user needs, defining a product strategy, and turning it into a high impact product roadmap.

We're also scaling a self‑served model built to travel fast, so it can reach a new country quickly with controlled local adaptation. Build the team You'll manage the PMs in the area and contribute to people topics for all product communities in the area (Design, Engineering, Data, Insurance). You've managed product managers directly. Hiring, coaching, hard feedback, performance calls. A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution. You can challenge a data team and catch a bad read.
~ You're hands‑on in the engine room : event tracking, funnel analysis, experiment dashboards, growth instrumentation.
~ English fluency is required; French is a nice‑to‑have.
