Market Selection & Strategic GTM: Devising and implementing long‑term go‑to‑market strategies for high‑potential regions outside Europe, going beyond basic market analysis to define clear investment roadmaps.

Data‑Driven Decision Making: Transforming complex quantitative data—including traffic patterns, market dynamics, and local competitor benchmarking—into actionable business cases to influence project prioritization across global functional teams.
Partnering closely with Product, Revenue, Marketing, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure local compliance, product‑market fit, and aligned strategic execution.
Proven Expansion Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in driving international expansion (digital business expansion, strategic consulting, program management, etc.).

Advanced Analytics & Data Literacy: Strong quantitative skills with a proven capability to manage key performance metrics, optimize full P&Ls;, and make decisions rooted firmly in data.
Exemplary communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing diverse, cross‑functional teams and aligning senior leaders around data‑driven observations.
Fluency in English is required (Spanish is a plus). A solid understanding of the Online Travel Agency (OTA) competitive landscape or experience within the Latin American or Asian e‑commerce market is a major advantage.
