Take full ownership of software development projects, from initial concepts and design through implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions while ensuring reliability and strong performance in production environments.
Monitor software behavior after release, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve both products and development processes.
Develop scalable backend solutions, including database design, complex queries,



and application architecture improvements.
Explore new approaches, test innovative ideas, and transform insights into practical, evidence-based product enhancements.
Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or other backend programming languages and frameworks.
Strong SQL expertise, with the ability to design database schemas and write complex queries efficiently.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools and workflows as part of an end-to-end software development process, with practical examples of successful implementations.
Strong commitment to software quality, including a habit of testing your own work and delivering reliable solutions.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical decisions, and manage projects from idea to completion.
