We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Spanish Speake r) having the following qualifications to be assigned in Madrid and open to travel. Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
Possessing or having the potential to develop a professional network within the Construction market in Spain.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish,
Good command of MS Office and related software and tools,
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to network,




Holding a valid work permit and knowledge of the Spanish mark et.
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels,
Preparing and negotiating designer and subcontractor agreements using company-approved processes and documentation,
Attending events such as industry outreach and informational conferences to gain local contacts and identify possible project work for the company,
Performance bonuses will be awarded based on the projects you connect.
