As Global Strategic Projects Director – Industry Practices, you will help shape and execute the strategic agenda for BCG’s global Industry Practices, partnering with senior leadership to deliver initiatives that strengthen our operating model, accelerate strategic priorities, and enable lasting impact across the business.




You will lead strategic initiatives that advance BCG’s Industry Practice Areas, partnering closely with global leadership to shape priorities, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to Industry Practice leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans while enabling collaboration across general teams. You will balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business objectives and are delivered with quality and pace.
Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the Industry Practice Area portfolio in partnership with the central Industry Practices team, ensuring effective resource allocation and portfolio governance.
