Act as a strategic finance partner for the Iberia Zone Solution Center (ZSC), owning a broad portfolio that spans project controlling, end‑to‑end financial processes, compliance and continuous improvement.
This role combines strong financial acumen, advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to act as a true business partner to operational teams. The Project Business Finance Controller plays a central role in safeguarding the integrity of financial processes, steering Sub‑P&L; performance, automating and simplifying reporting,



and ensuring robust governance and compliance.
Project Controlling
Lead end‑to‑end project controlling for strategic and high‑impact deals.
Provide oversight and financial assurance on the total portfolio, ensuring early detection of deviations, risks, and opportunities without full hands‑on controlling.
Actively participate in project reviews, ensuring transparency on project performance, risks, contingencies, and opportunities.
Own the preparation and validation of forecasts (Project Forecast at Completion, Monthly Pacing, Rolling Forecast) for strategic deals.
Provide actionable financial insights that translate into concrete operational decisions to improve margins and cash generation.
Sub‑P&L; Ownership & Performance Management
Act as the finance owner for a Sub‑P&L;, with accountability for topline, gross margin, and overhead absorption.
