We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager – Iberica (dealer channel) to join our Global Commercial Team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Mute’s presence across Iberica through strategic sales development and strong partner relationships. Drive Mute’s sales growth across the CEE region by developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global business objectives.
Build and expand a strong network of distributors and partners , providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed.
Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market activity, investment projects and end-user trends across the region.
Own the regional sales pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring effective forecasting and CRM management in close collaboration with the General Commercial team.
Represent Mute across Iberica through regular travel, client meetings and industry events, including hosting partners in our showrooms in CEE region.
5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in furniture, design, architectural products,



construction or related industries.
~ Proven track record of developing distribution networks and achieving sales targets across multiple countries.
~ ability to track and influence project pipelines.
~ Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
~ Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
~ Proficiency with CRM and sales tools; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.

Experience coordinating showroom operations or organising client events.
