E&C; Consultants in Spain is seeking an admin wizard to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and to support our people with payroll, contracts, benefits, travel plans and office needs.
You will coordinate with external providers, serve as the first contact for staff questions, manage office supplies and equipment, and help maintain a productive, confidential, and adaptable workplace that works onsite, remote or hybrid. Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
