As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have to ensure that all supplier invoices are controlled, recorded, processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the accurate batching, coding and allocation of invoices accurately on purchase ledger to ensure that all suppliers are paid in a timely manner, following SHARE processes.
- Review outstanding purchase orders for potential accruals (GL activity).
- Reconciliation of suppliers’ statements.
- Preparation of journals (GL activity).
- Dealing with internal and suppliers’ queries.
- Ad hoc reporting and supporting of other depart
