Key Responsibilities
Product Training
- Develop comprehensive product training content for seasonal collections across multiple product categories.
- Translate technical product information into engaging, retail-focused learning materials.
- Identify knowledge gaps within retail teams and create training solutions to address them.
- Partner with digital learning teams to develop e-learning modules and mobile learning content.
- Deliver product training sessions, workshops,
and collection presentations for global and regional teams.
- Integrate styling guidance, product expertise, and client engagement techniques into all training materials.
- Align training initiatives with commercial objectives and retail performance goals.
- Ensure learning content supports strong product knowledge, customer experience, and sales excellence.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programmes and continuously refine content based on feedback and business performance.
- Maintain consistency of product messaging across all markets.
Global Training Support
- Deliver seasonal train-the-trainer programmes for regional learning teams.
- Support onboarding and foundational learning programmes for retail employees.
- Provide training support for store openings, retail events, and key commercial launches.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to adapt global training content for local market needs while maintaining global consistency
