PLANCRAFT is seeking its first Customer Success Manager for the Spanish market, based in Madrid and working on-site with a local team and cross‑border collaboration with the Hamburg team. You will guide customers from onboarding through long-term success, driving adoption and value with our AI-first software.
You’ll own renewals and expansion opportunities, coordinating with Product and Sales to resolve escalations and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
