We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide L3 support for Windows Server and VMware platforms in enterprise environments.
- Manage Windows Server administration, upgrades, migrations and patching activities.
- Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines and host infrastructure.
- Support Windows Failover Clustering, DFS and File Services.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Execute change, problem, request and configuration management activities following ITIL processes.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, platform upgrades and infrastructure changes.
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives.
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022
- VMware ESXi 7.x / 8.x and vCenter
- DFS and File Services




- PowerShell and VMware PowerCLI
- Enterprise Monitoring and ITSM Tools
- Hybrid Infrastructure and Security Compliance Frameworks
- 5+ years of experience as a Windows & VMware Administrator in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and VMware infrastructure management.
- Experience with server builds, upgrades, migrations, patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Clustering, DFS and File Services.
- Experience working within ITIL-based support models.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional level of English.
- Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
- Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
- Office attendance: 3 days per week
