Supermicro is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Procurement teams to coordinate forecast meetings, foster cross-team alignment, and support planning initiatives.
Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and deadline management are essential. You will generate reports, analyze trends, and interpret data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards,



ensuring data accuracy and thorough validation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver monthly reports to support forecasting and business review processes.
Assist in developing and enhancing data management systems to improve forecasting capabilities.
Maintain and update forecasts on a daily and weekly basis to reflect the latest trends and insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Project Management, Product Management, and Procurement—to facilitate and support Sales Forecast meetings, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
Support system enhancements and changes related to operations and data workflows.
Provide strategic and analytical support to management for organizational planning and decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by applying best practices in data collection, validation, and analysis.
